The Leather Factors is a stunning Grade 2 listed building which has been restored to an exceptionally high standard and specification. This was recognised by English Heritage and most importantly local Leicester people culminating in the Building winning a Civic Award as Best Conversion 2008. The accommodation has ben awarded 3 grading from Visit Britain Quality in Tourism. The Leather Factors provides 9 fully furnished spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments available to rent for any period from 2 nights.Discounted rates apply for stays longer than 21 nights - 45 per 1 bedroom apartment and 65 for a 2 bedroomed apartment. please email and ask us for our discounted corporate longer stay rates. All apartments have solid oak or maple floors throughout. Some apartments have a small balcony (smoking allowed only on balcony) and all the apartments are furnished to a very high standard. We now have a stunning restaurant below the apartments now which is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.All 1 double bedroomapartments offers a spacious double bedroom with the flexible options of adding 2 luxury put you up beds for 15 per person per night to a maximum occupanyc of 4. All apartments offer luxury duck down duvets Egyptian cotton sheets duck down pillows a safe dining table and chairs flat screen TV with DVD player and Sky. The kitchens are fully equipped and well appointed with granite worktops cooking facilities washerdryer microwave wine chiller and all crockery and glassware. There is plenty of storage provided. The bathrooms are spacious and stunning with under floor heating and beautiful fittings.
